DESIGN OF THIS COURSE
Legal Sales for Attorneys and Non-Attorneys (LSAN) is a two day training and coaching experience where law firm owners and their teams will learn the nuts and bolts of how to SELL legal services. Complete with a step by step guide to walk you through what to say, what to ask, when and how, as well as how to respond to objections, this training will provide the framework for dramatically improving one’s conversion rate (the number of potential new clients who sign of those who appear for consultations).
This program is designed to be interactive. Law firm owners will not attend to site passively, take in information, return to their firms, and perhaps get around to taking some action. As we move through the material, participants will be encouraged to ask questions, respond to polls presented, engage in Q&A and examine their processes for consultations, so that the role of SALES in their respective law firms can either be outsourced to a competent professional OR can be improved in house by those involved in the sales process.
